You will be a key member of the Post Market Development - Compliance PMO within the Surgical Operating Unit, focused specifically on managing a variety of Change Development Process (CDP) projects resulting from compliance maintenance efforts across the Surgical product portfolio. This role will ensure we deliver excellence to the 57,000,000 patients impacted by our portfolio every year.
In this role, you will:
Manage Projects: Oversee projects through the Change Development Process to implement critical compliance needs across the Surgical product portfolio. The nature of changes will be dynamic and variable but typically encompass Labeling, IFU, and eIFU updates to support needs of the global market and regulations.
Shape Processes: Help develop scalable processes for Compliance PMO to enable timely and efficient execution.
Drive Lifecycle Success: Ensure product safety, efficacy, cost-effectiveness, and market readiness throughout the product lifecycle.

You will
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage lifecycle projects for products and processes
Manage the operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, and status reporting
Monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to meet business goals
Manage project financials, including forecasting and tracking of accruals and actuals
Manage stakeholder communications and ensuring alignment to project/program objectives
Develop or co-develop processes and tools to track project progress and ensure compliance within assigned areas.
Gather, plan, and manage requirements to ensure they meet demands of the project’s key stakeholders.
Communicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes address business needs effectively.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
2+ years leading projects of increasing complexity and multiple projects simultaneously
2+ years of experience with budget management or financial tracking within projects
Nice to Have
Knowledge in product development and commercialization in the medical device industry
PMP or PgMP certification
2+ years leading stakeholder communications across various peer and leadership levels of an organization
Experience with advanced scheduling and resource management tools like Microsoft Project and/or Resource First/PDWare
