<p>The Position<br/>
As our new AskHR Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing HR Operations team within regional remit including knowledgebase management. You will be also ensuring that driving process standardization and improvements as well as maintaining the Regional Service Centre (RSC) Model.<br/>
</p>
<p>Your main responsibilities will be to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage AskHR Team and ensure high quality operations for the countries already in scope.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Local People & Organization Partners, Payroll and Benefits Operations Team, Development Team, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Drive process standardization and improvements along with activities to sustain and enhance RSC model.</li>
<li>Contribute to growth, motivation of the team as well as team spirit.</li>
</ul>

<p>Qualifications<br/>
Our ideal candidate will have minimum a bachelor’s degree within business, psychology, HR or similar and Fluent English (any additional language will be considered an advantage) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br/>
</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, we expect you to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have at least 2 years of experience in managing HR Operational Teams</li>
<li>Have experience in HR Shared Services function, supporting projects delivery (ideally transitions)</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate skills in PC applications and different HR IT systems, preferably HR Knowledge Base, Employee Central or ServiceNow (SNOW)</li>
<li>Ideally have also cross-cultural experience, working closely with colleagues in different locations (EMEA and India)</li>
<li>Editorial experience and proficiency in Power Point and Excel </li>
</ul>

<p>As a person, you need to have a high degree of customer mindset and professionalism working with key stakeholders and with the team. You will promote proactiveness and “learning on the fly” ability, being a Change Champion. Capability of strong sense of ownership, positive and “can do” attitude.<br/>

<p>About the department <br/>
We are on an exciting journey towards expanding our HR Regional Service Centre for EMEA in Warsaw. The ambition for the Regional Service Centre is to provide professional HR operational service and guidance to employees working in Novo Nordisk in the different countries in EMEA. The AskHR Europe unit is the first point of contact for all people inquiries and the team also contributes to the development of new global processes and systems including new digital solutions. The Regional Service Centre is co-located with the Business Area office for Europe East and the Polish affiliate. <br/>
