Reports to: Concessions ManagerPrimary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down ofassigned bar.

Responsibilities:

• Takes, prepares, and distributes beverage orders
• Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts.
• Set-up and close-down assigned work station.
• Orders additional inventory from commissary.
• Cleans and maintains work area in appropriate manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Special Events including Kentucky Derby, Concert Series, and other listed Special Events

Education/Certification: Minimum 18 years of age, High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. TABC certified required. Work Experience: 1-year prior experience in food and beverage position preferred.
