We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help lead the AI transformation journey at JLL. You'll work directly with thousands of sales professionals across our $20B global business, turning complex workflows into elegant AI-powered solutions that help our teams work smarter. This isn't about theoretical AI – it's about creating practical tools that transform how real estate professionals serve their clients.

Responsibilities

Shape the future of how AI transforms JLL's global sales workflows, creating solutions that deliver practical value in the field.
Lead discovery with sales teams worldwide to understand their challenges and opportunities, validating solutions through rapid testing and user feedback.
Working with engineering, design, and data science teams, you'll translate complex sales needs into elegant AI solutions - focusing on scalable, intuitive experiences that maintain trust and compliance.
Partner with our product engagement team to drive adoption through effective launch strategies and enablement programs across our global organization.
Own and drive metrics that demonstrate clear gains in revenue and productivity, using data to continuously improve our AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success working with B2B sales teams and a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications
Proven ability to balance discovery and delivery—iterating quickly while ensuring high-quality execution
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Passion for building user-centric products and a track record of simplifying complex workflows with innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with rapid prototyping using AI tools and platforms to quickly test and validate product ideas
Hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows and features

The Team

Reporting to the Head of Product, AI Platform, you'll work as an individual contributor in close collaboration with design, engineering, product support, and client-facing teams throughout JLL's global business. We're building a team that values autonomy, experimentation, and measurable impact.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

140,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
