Description

WE'RE HIRING! Join Ag Partners as a Sales Agronomist and be responsible for providing expert agronomic recommendations to our customers on seed, crop nutrients, and crop protection products, and the sale of these agronomy products along with custom application and precision ag services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a dedication to finding solutions for customers, and a proven sales track record.

Requirements

Qualifications required:

• Knowledge of agronomy-related products and programs to make sound customer recommendations to improve their operation.
• Establish and implement business and marketing solutions with customers.
• Able to prospect, build, and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential customers.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to remain goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications preferred:

• Work extended hours during the busy season, including weekends.
• Perform heavy work by lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds constantly.
• Work in all weather conditions and dusty conditions.
