Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Program Coordinator for our Spiritual Care department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Program Coordinator you will:
• Manage the Spiritual Care programs and events to include Compassionate Care Awards, Clergy Summit, Clergy National Day of Prayer, Spiritual Care Week, Ordination services, and religious celebrations and observances events.
• Responsible/Manager the Clinical Pastoral Education registration, enrollment processes, onboarding and orientation, and Internship schedules. Coordinate and archive CPE documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Maintain data administration and confidential file system for which information can be retrieved to ensure effectively and efficiently
• Manage staff and PRN schedules.
• Manage the functions and equipment of an office; supply and other resources, operate and maintain office equipment, furniture, etc.
• Manage accurate meeting minutes and agenda and distributes on a timely basis.
• Manage and facilitate the referral process.
• Assume personal accountability to support Adventist HealthCare mission, vision and values; participates in and engages with process improvement initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
• Associate degree (Two year) in business administration, management or communication preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office administration/coordination/management experience.
• Proficient in PC skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet and Outlook. Ability to use office related equipment (fax, copier, computer, printer, etc).
• Ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment and multi-facility environment.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of people including community leaders, executives and other employees.
• Professional appearance and manner.
Work Schedule:
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
• Typical Daily Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Shift Type: Day
• Weekend Requirements: no
• Holiday Requirements: follow company holiday calendar
Pay Range:
$48,360.00 - $67,704.00If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
