Title: Registered Dietitian (RD) 

Job Duties: The Registered Dietitian (RD) provides nutritional screening/assessments (Quarterly/Annual/Admission/Significant change). The RD communicates with residents; discusses nutritional care, food preferences/select menu, education, communicates with family, conservator, and resident’s representative, and coordinates food with resident's diet order, specials, substitutes, and requests with kitchen. The RD will be responsible for coordinating food with residents’ diet orders, specials, substitutes, and requests with the kitchen and the usage of the meal tracker system, organizing/editing tray tickets, organizing resident’s food preferences, and setting up new admission accounts.

Schedule: Part-Time

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition with a focus in Dietetics or Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Current RD License.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range:$35—$42 USD
