Job Summary

Avantor is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic temporary Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support & Operations team in Norway! You will act as a liaison, safeguarding the provide product/services information to our customers and resolve queries in a timely manner.

The team

Avantor’s Customer Support & Operations team is part of our Customer Service Group.  The Customer Support & Operations team is made of 15 people who support our customers by ensuring a smooth journey.

What we’re looking for

• Education: You have a degree from a technical college or a degree in laboratory-related subjects/ sciences or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience: Previous Customer Service/Sales experience is preferred. Prior working experience in a lab or selling laboratory equipment is ideal.
• Qualifications:  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential

• Fluency in oral and written Norwegian and English is necessary
• Good IT skills are needed
• Solution-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp new products/processes
• Good commercial awareness is a plus

• Respond to customer enquiries and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Building good relationships with our customers and colleagues
• Actively participate in campaigns and activities for increased sales
