As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents through your visibility and professionalism. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by responding promptly to inquiries, assisting with visitor management, and communicating clearly with building occupants. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, including alerting appropriate personnel and coordinating with first responders when necessary.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and adherence to site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Five or more years of security-related experience is required.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
