Essential Functions:

Project Manager Estimator – Lakewood, CO

Project Management & Oversight

• Lead the overall management of multiple design and construction projects, ensuring successful execution from preliminary planning through occupancy.

• Manage the design and construction of government space renovations within existing buildings, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Oversee projects estimated over $250,000, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and regulations.

Planning, Coordination & Execution

• Plan, organize, control, and coordinate all phases of design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.

• Review and approve design, construction, and related work, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

• Establish scope of work with clients, ensuring project alignment with customer needs and specifications.

Estimating & Procurement Support

• Prepare government estimates using government estimating software to determine project feasibility.

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

• Collaborate with government contract specialists to procure services from contractors and architect/engineering firms.

On-Site Construction Management

• Act as the on-site construction manager or inspector, overseeing day-to-day construction activities.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, identifying and resolving challenges throughout project execution.

Conditions of Employment:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen 

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field and/or seven years of experience in Estimating construction projects.  

• Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. 

• Ability to take the initiative and use independent judgment.
