Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) managing and implementing Antiterrorism, Force Protection, and Physical Security policy, doctrine, and training programs and ensuring the integration and protection of critical assets are in compliance (e.g. restricted areas, mission essential assets, tenant commands, shipboard and other installation units and activities); 2) planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and assigning work to be accomplished by subordinates; 3) interpreting and implementing DoD and Navy security policies and directives; 4) conducting threat, criticality, and vulnerability assessments for installation security; and 5) coordinating strategic security planning and risk management systems across multiple commands.
