In our global corporate procurement team, where your work drives real-world impact. As the Supply Chain Procurement Global Trainee, you'll play a critical role in optimizing strategic sourcing, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient and compliant distribution networks across markets.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute global and regional strategic sourcing strategies in Distribution and In-Market Transportation categories.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on sourcing cases, collaborating with regional stakeholders and supply chain teams.
• Partner with the contract management function to prevent contract scope creep and ensure alignment with negotiated terms.
• Contribute to supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and innovation sourcing initiatives.
• Assist in leveraging both generative and predictive Artificial Intelligence in sourcing, scenario, and result augmentation
• Help support initiatives that impact a €10 billion company revenue and assist with product launches in new vaccines

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies in MSc (active student status) at an accredited University in Supply Chain/Logistics or MBA in Economics
• Min. 30-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment
• Knowledge or interest in global logistics, transportation, and procurement strategies
• A collaborative mindset with a results-driven approach

Languages: Excellent English written and verbal
