We are now looking for a Lead Security Enterprise Architect to join our team! With a wide variety of business areas and technology to support, you’ll have a range of security skills and experience, but your security background could be operations, design, development or another area.
The successful candidate will join the dentsu Security Architecture team. Your focus will be to maintain and enhance dentsu’s security, by advising on good practise or issue mitigation. The role will support security and business delivery teams to build robust, secure solutions across a wide range of technologies. Working with delivery teams, you’ll be helping embed a culture that not only builds solutions meeting the business requirements but where security risks are identified, analysed and managed proactively. As part of the Security Architecture team you’ll also help support the business to mature through the creation, adoption and reuse of standards, patterns and other guidance documents
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate to design and develop secure solutions that balance risk and business benefit to enable growth.
- Document security designs and support solution delivery.
- Champion the secure by design mindset and reuse of standardised solutions.
- Continuously review the design and effectiveness of security controls and support a program of improvement.
- Identify risks during solution reviews and appropriate mitigation or other actions.
- Provide security expertise for key project deliveries, problem resolution and risk identification/management.
- Educate, mentor and support all areas of dentsu to understand how to mitigate threats in an ever-changing security landscape.
- Work with colleagues in the architecture team to mature processes and ensure consistency for internal customers.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who is able to build and grow relationships with business and technical stakeholders to advance security goals.
- A creative problem solver. With the ability to analyse problems from multiple perspectives, enable all stakeholders’ views to be understood and deliver consensus-based outcomes.
- Someone with a range of security skills and experience including in depth of knowledge in some of the following: secure design and coding, application security, IAM, network security, security operations, data leak prevention, privilege access management, encryption, operating system security, cloud and container security, governance and risk.
- Able to give pragmatic advice that balances risks with business benefits and needs.
- CISSP, equivalent security certification or experience.
