Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is currently hiring for a Senior Production Integration Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that engineering inputs are effectively integrated into the production process. You will be responsible for overseeing the collaboration between our engineering and operations teams to ensure that design specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards are seamlessly translated into production activities. Your leadership will be essential in aligning cross-functional teams to optimize engineering contributions, enhance product quality, and drive efficiency throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production integration projects, ensuring alignment between engineering and operations teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve production goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency within the production environment.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and best practices.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in production integration in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of production processes, engineering principles, and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience in a customer facing role in International Business

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: USD $127,500 – 172,500
