Senior Business Analyst

<p>A leading organization in the retail sector is undergoing a large-scale transformation of its reporting landscape, moving from legacy BI tools toward a modern data warehouse and Power BI ecosystem.</p><p>The role focuses on analysing and rationalizing existing reports while supporting the design of future-state reporting aligned with business and data strategy.</p> <p>Profile</p><p>· Analyze and document existing reporting landscape and usage</p><p>· Evaluate and rationalize reports based on business relevance and usage</p><p>· Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate reporting needs</p><p>· Gather requirements and support design of future Power BI reports</p><p>· Collaborate with data and technical teams on:</p><p>o Data lineage</p><p>o Data models</p><p>o Reporting structures</p><p>· Support planning, estimation, and documentation activities</p><p>· Ensure alignment with governance and metadata standards</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Required Skills &amp; Expertise</p><p>Must Have</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>· Strong experience as Business Analyst in retail environment</p><p>· Experience with data warehouse and BI/reporting ecosystems</p><p>· Exposure to report rationalization or BI transformation programs</p><p>· Understanding of data, KPIs, and reporting logic</p><p>· Experience working with business stakeholders and workshops</p><p>· Fluent in Dutch and English</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Nice to Have</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>· Experience with SAP BO and Power BI</p><p>· Exposure to metadata and data governance tools</p><p>· Knowledge of data modeling concepts</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Soft Skills</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>· Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills</p><p>· Analytical and structured mindset</p><p>· Ability to work across business and technical teams</p><p>· Proactive and solution-oriented approach</p>
