Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is hiring for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the 787 Site Fulfillment Support in North Charleston, South Carolina! 

The 787 Fulfillment Organization Site Fulfillment Support is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects internal to Tool Services. 

In this role, you will manage the compliance of CribMaster as Site Administration focal. You will build metrics and provide analytical data to drive business decisions. You will train the newly hired teammates internal to Supply Chain on the systems knowledge to continue to strengthen the overall success of the organization while supporting our stakeholders and customers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data.

• Provides feedback on assessment results.

• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

• Works under general direction.

• Assists with system data extraction and analysis.

• Creates reports and builds plans based on available data.

• Assists with project management and drives continuous improvement.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

• 3+ years of experience working in either manufacturing or aerospace

• 3+ years of work experience with Tool Services

• 3+ years of work experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• 3+ years of work experience with data analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• 3+ years of work experience with project management skills

• 3+ years of work experience with organizational skills

• 3+ years of work experience with communication and collaboration skills

• 3+ years of work experience with CribMaster experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
