Product Manager, Optional Remote

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. As a member of our R&D team, your mission will be to deliver our roadmap flawlessly, gather product requirements, prioritize feature implementations and improve overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
• Create a shared product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Scope and prioritize functional, technical, and business quality issues based on business and customer impact
• Define requirements in a clear, actionable format
• Leverage user feedback in the form of user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and other forms of research to understand how users engage with the product
• Work closely with the design team to deliver UX designs that are easy to use, leverage UX best practices, and are consistent with the UX patterns present in the product
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive product delivery, quickly and iteratively
• Work with marketing, customer support, customer success, and other product management team members to coordinate product launches and ensure team alignment

Requirements

• Proven work experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and effectively getting buy-in from C-level executives
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to act proactively and take the initiative
• Strong time management skills
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bonus points if you have an MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
