What You’ll Do

• Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates – Conduct on-site visits in Wilmington, NC Metro area, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software.
• Sell & Book Jobs – Present estimates, highlight our value, and close the sale.
• Maintain Profitability – Sell jobs at or above the company’s target gross profit to meet profitability goals.
• Cultivate Referral Partners – Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners to grow sales faster.
• Manage Communication – Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.

• Location: Must live in or around Wilmington NC
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Travel to main office everyday is required.

ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate / Estimator role is a sales role.  Your main responsibilities include doing in-home estimates with residential customers who have requested home repair or remodeling services, evaluating the project, estimating the cost of services for the customer using Coastal Concept's estimating software and selling the service to the customer.

• The Sales Associate / Estimator will meet with customers, take pictures, diagram the work, and write a proposal (complete with pricing) for the project.
