Position Summary:
Serrano Country Club is looking for a friendly, hard-working Snack Bar Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is all about delivering great service in a casual, fast-paced setting—both at our snack bar and poolside. From taking orders and preparing drinks to bussing tables and keeping things clean, you’ll be a one-stop shop for member service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests at the snack bar and pool area with a welcoming attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (must be 21+ to serve alcohol).
• Deliver food and drinks to guests at the snack bar and pool.
• Buss tables, clean dining and poolside areas, and restock supplies throughout your shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle transactions using a POS system, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Support the pool staff during busy times and help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable poolside experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred—but we’re happy to train the right person!
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
• Team player who’s dependable and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ if serving alcohol).
• Must be available 11am-8pm
