What We Value:

We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. • Be Selective To Be Effective.
  • Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
  • Disagree Transparently.
  • Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
  • Build Dream Teams.

Who You Are:

You're a computer science graduate or an early-career technologist who’s eager to build systems, write scripts, and eliminate repetitive tasks. You’re excited by the opportunity to work hands-on  with end users, but your true passion lies in automating and scaling IT solutions. You view IT Operations as a launchpad—not a destination—and you’re looking for an environment where you can apply your programming skills to real-world problems from day one.
You're passionate about modern infrastructure, curious about production systems, and want to work with smart people who build secure, scalable environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality deskside and remote support to Galaxy employees across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Develop tools and scripts to automate manual workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce ticket volume.
  • Partner with Security, Engineering, and Infra teams to support IT operations in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver white-glove support to executive users while proactively improving their technical experience.
  • Familiar with Git, CLI tools, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to solve recurring issues programmatically.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, asset tracking, and SaaS administration—but always ask: can this be automated?
  • Collaborate with global support teams to refine shared processes, establish standards, and promote automation adoption across the org.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to off-hours projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (or early-career technologist) with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest or experience in automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code.
  • A natural curiosity for how systems work—and how they break.
  • Solid understanding of operating systems (macOS, Windows) and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration, endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune), and cloud platforms.
  • A strong communicator with a service mindset, comfortable supporting a range of users including executives and traders.
  • Not just willing—but excited—to roll up your sleeves, solve messy problems, and write code to prevent them from recurring.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
  • Exposure to Git, APIs, RESTful services, or automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Slack, Zoom, Box, and Atlassian tools.
  • Contributions to personal, school, or open-source projects that show your engineering mindset.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
  • Flexible Time Off (i.
