As part of Fusion Data Intelligence, we are developing next-gen AI-based analytical applications to address the Revenue Intelligence market. We are looking for a rock-star PM to join our team who will be a game-changer in scaling the business. Someone who can be exceptional in inbound PM activities and very comfortable working with GTM team, Sales, Prospects and Customers. This individual should be comfortable in making C-level presentations, be self-driven and make things happen by collaborating and influencing large complex org structures. Someone with high energy, passion for CX Analytics and drive to succeed

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GTM teams (Product Strategy, Marketing, Outbound PM, Sales) to create and execute strategies for customer acquisition
- Capture detailed product requirements and define the roadmap for the Fusion Data Intelligence for CX
- Work with release management, engineering, customer support, documentation, and training teams to launch quarterly releases.
- Work with and influence various product teams and stakeholders across Oracle to ensure the applications are developed and delivered as planned.
- Work with marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product positioning, pricing, and customer rollouts.
- Work flexible hours to overlap with US/other international teams
Skills/Experience:
- Deep experience in Analytics for Marketing, Sales, Service, Quotes, Marketing, and Finance.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Apps like CRM, MAP, ERP, SCM
- Either worked in GTM or closely with GTM teams in the past to scale the business
- Deep knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Applications
- Experience with SaaS & Analytical applications from Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Domo or SAP is desirable
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
