This position serves as an in-house expert to our sales staff and clients as the manufacturer rolls out new features. You will be asked to fully understand and teach basic functionalities of vehicle features and technology.

Requirements

· Dedication to taking care of the customer

· Excellent training and presentation skills

· Must be polite, professional, energetic and presentable with strong communication, organization and customer service skills

· Possess an affinity for understanding technology

· Enjoy research and understanding of how systems work

· Works well under pressure and tight deadlines

· Valid driver’s license, clean MVR and criminal background
