Overview:

Joining our Dorney Park team means you’ll ensure guest and associate safety in operations while providing efficient and engaging ride experience. 

You’ll also... 

• Monitor the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage department; ensuring departmental and park goals are achieved. 

• Provide supervision, training, development, and evaluation for seasonal leadership and teams. 

• Ensure teams are proactively Guest Friendly and that Guest First standards and followed and enforced. 

• Handle Guest concerns and responds to Guest comments. 

• Motivate teams to provide fast service striving to consistently achieve high quality food offerings. 

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards. 

• Work closely with Maintenance to ensure the park is ready for park opening, minimize equipment downtime, and maximize guest safety in food facilities.
