Requirements for the role:
- Deep experience in our Woven Ways of Working
- Demonstrated excellence in the Woven Care Patient Coordinator role
- Experience as an effective coach (either formally or informally)
- Effectively presenting information and conveying technical information to non-technical users
- Proven success in healthcare training, education, or instructional design.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical practices, and quality standards.
- Effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting to diverse learning styles.
- Improving performance and achieving goals based on data review
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement by encouraging staff participation in training
- High school diploma or GED required plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative support function in training or project management
Duties and responsibilities
- Develops and conducts training and education (group and individual) for new and current team members
- Creates and distributes surveys to trainees, reviews completion of competency requirements for new and existing employees, and compiles and shares results with department leadership and employee's supervisor
- Identifies issues and initiates processes to improve and enhance the system setup and operations
- Learns new features and applications of all computer systems, front-end and back-end operations, and integrates concepts into training curriculum
- Prepares and organizes training materials, evaluation metrics, and various other training projects and tasks in support of the training needs
- Provides support for in-clinic and remote roles as required to meet the organization's needs
- Supports team member’s individual growth and communicates with managers on how best to support their team members
- Must be able to travel to clinical locations for training and ongoing coaching on a regular basis
Physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Compensation range:
- $25-$27/hour
