The Specialist, Software Engineer is an experienced professional with expertise in software engineering and practical knowledge of project management principles. May lead projects or oversee processes under general supervision. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to explain and interpret operational processes, procedures, and best practices. Identifies opportunities for system and process improvements and recommends enhancements.
