Bring your expertise and charisma to the forefront as you navigate the complexities of global mobility tax regulations, leaving clients both informed and satisfied.</p><p><strong>What you'll learn and do?</strong></p><ul><li>Advise HR teams of companies on the tax consequences of employing people in an international context (inbound and outbound).</li><li>Assist individual taxpayers (residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax situations.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for clients' HR representatives, maintaining regular communication with specialists in payroll, immigration, and other Global Mobility domains.</li><li>Organize and review practical personal income tax aspects for employees, including tax litigation.</li><li>Provide advice on personal income tax and global mobility matters to clients.</li><li>Engage with individuals of varying cultures and nationalities, both within and outside our organization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Who are you? You possess the following qualifications and traits that make you a perfect fit for this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, Commercial Engineering, Business Studies, or a bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Taxation with strong knowledge of Belgian Tax Law.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Tax, preferably within a global mobility framework.
