Under the direction of a licensed RN, Graduate Extern will assist in patient assessment, formulating plan of care, implementing and evaluating nursing care for ICU patient population. Will work as part of the healthcare team to promote a world class patient care environment.
QualificationsMust be graduating/graduate of an accredited ASN/BSN nursing program. Must be preparing for NCLEX in immediate future and be in active pursuit of Indiana RN licensure. Must have a patient first attitude; be a team player with excellent communication skills, common sense and computer skills. Must sign an agreement to pursue and obtain BSN in timeframe outlined by GSH.
