The Financial Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive financial and administrative support to the Business Administrator, Department Chair, and other staff members within the Statistics and Data Science Department. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including managing financial transactions, processing expense reports, supporting faculty recruitment, assisting with grant proposals, payroll processing, and maintaining financial records. The coordinator will also provide support for visa processing and assist with other financial and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist the Business Administrator by researching financial issues, preparing Excel summaries, running reports, and analyzing financial data. Support fiscal close and audits as it relates to the responsibilities of this role.
