Develop a detailed project plan with identified critical path tasks. Record detailed client requirements, constraints and assumptions with stakeholders and implement through established project deliverables. Measure project performance.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Leads client project engagements by diagnosing and translating project requirements into a project delivery plan, and then leading the internal team to ensure the project is successfully executed in accordance with the specification and project milestones agreed with the client.</li><li>Creates, tracks, and forecasts changes in project budgets.</li><li>Builds effective relationships with key client stakeholders.</li><li>Conducts meetings with all key stakeholders in order to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan.</li><li>Contributes and run project and program Steering Committees</li><li>Creates opportunities to expand business with current clients; identifies further business needs and develops and presents solutions.</li><li>Works closely supporting the sales team, providing technical assistance where required.</li><li>Responds to RFPs and coordinates the response to the client.</li><li>Applies project management experience, ideally using both waterfall and agile methodologies.</li><li>Provides on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.</li><li>Reports on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities</li><li>Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.</li><li>Prepares estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.</li><li>Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.</li><li>Delivery of automation related products and product solutions customized to clients' requirements.</li><li>Experience with designing product solutions</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent, or eight to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Preferred experience in the Healthcare Industry</li><li>8+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects. Ideally from a technical background with experience of system integrations.</li><li>8+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in a client facing project management role.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to clients and/or groups at all levels of an organization.</li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills</li><li>Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.</li><li>Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization.</li><li>Experience with services implementation</li><li>Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.</li><li>Acute attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated ability to plan, organize projects, manage priorities and workflow.</li><li>Commitment to excellence and high standards</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff</li><li>Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.</li><li>Creative, flexible, and innovative team player</li></ul><p>                        </p><h3>
