The Opportunity
Community Managers are passionate about member service, engagement, and retention.
The Community Manager role provides the opportunity to work with a world-class team, providing the highest level of service to executive-level individuals in the world’s most successful companies. You will build relationships with members to understand their most critical initiatives and facilitate timely conversations within the membership and with innovative start-ups that can help them advance their area of the business.
In collaboration with the Membership Group Leader, Partnerships Group Leader and Member Services associates, you will be key to understanding the individual and collective needs of the members and delivering outstanding experiences and insights to every member across several Innovation Roundtable communities.
You will also have responsibility for fully leading the facilitation and delivery of the virtual AI Innovation Roundtable.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client service roles, building relationships with senior executives and a broad understanding of how large-scale organizations operate.
Key Responsibilities:
The Community Manager will support day to day operations of a selection of Innovation Roundtable communities in partnership with the Membership Group Leader and Member Services team as well as leading the virtual AI Innovation Roundtable.
- Member Engagement - design and lead strategies that drive member engagement, including programming monthly member-led virtual sessions, connecting members with our app, and distilling insights from member discussions into shareable content
- Relationship Management - Support and/or lead quarterly member check-in calls to understand member business challenges, what technology is most important to explore as a group and feedback on the membership experience
- Business Development – Partner to drive the health and growth of the membership community by retaining existing members and adding new members. Specifically, partner with the Memberships and Business Development team to nurture referrals and share stories of ROI to support the addition of new members
- Innovation Curation – Work with the Partnerships Team and Membership Group Leader to create agendas and experiences that match members with the most relevant and innovative technology solutions and providers in their space
- Community Leadership for AI Innovation Roundtable - Take the lead on facilitating the monthlyAI Innovation Roundtable sessions (a cross-functional forum for leaders overseeing AI strategy for their business) , including scripting, guest selection and sharing takeaways
Education and Experience:
This is a great role for a strategic, business developer comfortable working with senior executives. You will have client relationship management experience, coupled with an entrepreneurial, hands-on style. The ideal candidate will be able to interact as an equal to executives without interjecting themselves as “the authority”.

- Client relationship management skills at senior levels;
- Proven success in a variety of corporate cultures; some career experience working for a start-up or entrepreneurial company a plus;
