To help accelerate these efforts during an exciting period of rapid growth and innovation we’re looking to add an Associate Director of Institutional Partnerships to our team who will work closely with admissions departments and enrollment teams at our partner colleges and universities. The Associate Director of Institutional Partnerships is primarily responsible for supporting our senior leadership and sales groups, managing existing relationships with our college and university partners and ensuring that those relationships are healthy, strong, successful, and ever-expanding. Working equally with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams (to evolve and enhance our offerings and capabilities) and external university admissions and enrollment teams (to continually uncover, understand, and meet their needs), this role will be a critical and active connection point that helps ensure the satisfaction of our partners while also driving the growth and goals of EF. The key responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact and help steer the day-to-day relationships with admissions and enrollment teams at key partner colleges and universities, ensuring the health and stability of these partnerships
- Manage and coordinate the tactical logistics, communication, and onboarding plans for new partners, owning the process between contract signing and program execution
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to identify necessary assets and materials, and ensure that those materials are created and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure that all project timelines are met, routinely coordinating complex and multi-layered execution plans across multiple teams
- Schedule and manage recurring check-ins with partners, continually keeping a pulse on each partner’s unique needs
- Proactively anticipate, identify, and solve potential issues with partner relationships or program execution
- Act as the go-to expert who can answer any and all internal questions about the partner relationships you help manage

- Act as an extension of the sales team, routinely consulting and probing with the partners in your portfolio to seek and identify opportunities for potential expansion and ensure long-term success
- Other relevant duties as assigned
- 5+ Years relevant experience in a client-facing, account management or customer success role
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with existing and prospective clients
- Comfort and experience collaborating with and coordinating work with cross-functional client-side and internal teams
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities
- A crisp and energetic communication style that makes the complex feel simple, and inspires others to follow your lead
- A natural sense of how big ideas and partner needs translate into tactical executions, and the ability to turn strategic plans into real work that works
- A “can-do” attitude and a willingness to seek answers and push past obstacles
- A desire to work in a small entrepreneurial team environment with a high level of autonomy and room to grow
- A goal-oriented mindset and a high desire for personal and team success
- Equal parts client-services and project-management DNA
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time during peak seasons
- Previous experience working with admissions or enrollment teams in higher education preferred, but not required
