The US Human Health Commercial Excellence and Innovation (CEI) Marketing Operations team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Specialist, Product Operations Coordinator - Content Catalyst to support our AI-Driven Content Review Technology.
In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the US Business Product Owner – Content Catalyst to ensure continuous improvement, and scaling of industry first promotional content review technology across US Marketing.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing user feedback and business requirements, auditing materials for readiness, ensuring quality assurance, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will help establish efficient processes and governance structures that support the seamless implementation of Content Catalyst across the US Marketing organization.

Primary Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
- Partner with the US Business Product Owner - Content Catalyst to gather and analyze, enhancement from various sources, including but not limited to user feedback and business requirements to support the development of the Content Catalyst product backlog.
- Partner with the Claims Library Administrator to serve as a quality checker, ensuring the accuracy of auto-harvest outputs and claims against Approved for Distribution (AFD) versions.
- Partner with the Content Catalyst US Business Product Owner to ensure the Content Catalyst timelines align to One our Company's Experience Marketing Model (OMM) delivery timelines raising roadblocks to the Content Catalyst US Business Product Owner early and often.
- Support the establishment of infrastructure, processes, and governance to facilitate efficient and repeatable implementation of Content Catalyst across the organization by providing ongoing recommendations for enhancements and process improvements.
- Communicate metadata fields and claims library approval for testing to Content Catalyst team.
- Represent progress across Squad and Content Catalyst Meetings when requested by the Content Catalyst US Business Product Owner.
- Ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement by conducting user surveys to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation and deliver presentations to communicate product updates and enhancements.
- Become a subject matter expert on Content Catalyst, staying current on features, integrations, other requirements, and best practices.
- In partnership with Review Capabilities & Label Operations team, ensure that the Content Catalyst onboarding playbooks are kept up to date.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing or a related field and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in above and a high school diploma.
Proven experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback, business requirements, and translating them into actionable product features.
Significant experience working within the Veeva PromoMats and Claims Libraries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and documentation management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and improve processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common goals.
Ability to work hybrid and at our North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly within our Company's framework.
