The Director of Global Transformation will lead strategic initiatives to streamline and enhance the global accounting processes and governance, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This role involves problem solving, root cause analysis, driving change, leveraging technology to optimize workflows, implementing governance and collaborating across teams to achieve organizational objectives.

About Team:
We are a one-stop shop for mission-critical services that are both high-quality and low-cost. Our broad team is responsible for a variety of priorities, including solving complex problems for our stakeholders across the enterprise by providing world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, Pre & Post Payment Audits, and Transformation.

What you'll do...

• Develop and implement global strategies to optimize financial processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and accounting standards.
• Collaborate and lead across business, finance, and technology teams to understand needs, confirm root cause of issues, and deliver effective processes with quality accounting.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of advanced technologies and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
• Create processes, governance and solutions that can be leveraged by others to broaden and accelerate improvements and transformation.
• Coordinate with controllership teams to ensure consistent application of global policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, using metrics to track progress and identify areas for further enhancement.

• Expertise and experience across accounting, process transformation, controls, tech enablers, and project management.
• Exceptional leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement long-term plans that align with the company's vision and goals, particularly in the context of global financial processes.
• Expertise in successfully managing complex projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, communication and training strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, automation tools, and emerging technologies to enhance operational and accounting processes.
• A passion for problem-solving and identifying root causes and solutions.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex topics in simple terms and visuals.
• Adaptability to change, challenges, and various people and situations.
