Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Tier I Technician, to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

CLEARANCE

• TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)

LOCATION

• Annapolis Junction, Maryland

SCHEDULE

• Friday – Monday 8pm-6am

OVERVIEW

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
• Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of IT-related work experience
  OR bachelor's degree (no experience required)
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Ticketing System
• IAT Level 1 certification required within six months of start date
