Job Description

We effectively lead DC implementation projects and workstreams regionally/locally to achieve set objectives in-time, in-budget, and in-quality

• Lead and manage implementation projects or improvement initiatives  in alignment with regional and/ or global overall project or program management
• Define and align project plans together with stakeholders, leading project collaborations and ensuring follow-up on progress, timeline and resources throughout roll out
• Develop project plans and workstream timelines for implementation on Regional level
• Manage and track project progress and exceptions and coordinate across all involved stakeholders and report to regional/ global project management. Manage and solve project issues and risks
• Hand-over to operational teams after finalization of implementation in time and at targeted quality
• Support implementation of renewals/ replacements of MHEs in DC, incl. goods flow and end-to-end DC processes
• Closely collaborate with Rollout team both for test execution of new solutions and training of local resources
• Support UAT, simulation, and issue resolution in alignment with the Program Management and Test & Roll-Out team

Qualifications

• Strong project execution, project management, planning and risk management skills.
• Deep understanding of the project implementation approaches, methods, and toolboxes.
• Solid understanding of relevant logistics projects & initiatives as well as logistics operations across functions.
• Proven project management skills including track record of leading waterfall projects and agile project management methods.
• Strong communication, coordination, and ability to engage and collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.
• Holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach.
• Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation, and people development by empowering others.
• Agile mindset, positive attitude to change & meaningful growth.
