Consulting, Product Management Lead

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Product Management Lead in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage teams that provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
• 10% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Participating in the full lifecycle of a project, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing JIRA, Confluence, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies;
• Facilitating requirements gathering workshops; interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management;
• Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing JIRA, confluence, SAFe, and Project Management Office (PMO) tools;
• Defining, building, and implementing programs that enable the success of transformation goals utilizing Agile methodology;
• Participating in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and providing actionable solutions utilizing Jira, SAFe, Agile and Confluence;
• Driving industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing Tableau;
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups, utilizing JIRA to understand clients’ current-state process and programs, and outlining future processes and programs, utilizing Visio, draw.io, and Product roadmaps;
• Creating training materials and facilitating trainings, including job aids, process manuals, demonstration videos, micro-learning videos, and glossaries to facilitate knowledge transfer, user training, and adoption.
