Registered Nurse, Case Manager- Hospice

Assisted is looking for a Hospice RN (full-time preferred but open to per diem) for our Los Angeles branch. Most of our patient we need seen are currently in facilities in the Culver City and Venice areas, reduced your time traveling! We do also have some in their homes as well. 

Regular visit rates:
Admission- $130 per visit + $11 for mileage
Routine- $70 per visit + $11 for mileage

 On-call rates:
Weekday standby rate- $50 per day 
Weekend standby rate- $100 per day
Admission- $195 per visit + $11 for mileage
Routine- $105 per visit + $11 for mileage

What you will do:
Have flexible hours and working close to home (reduce your commute!)

• Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs
• Provide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Counsel, support and instruct the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs

Who you are:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Current, active license in the state of California Board of Nursing, 
• Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.
