What You'll Be Doing

  • Challenge current thinking and drive market analysis for top-line growth.

  • Ensure consistency and optimize sales processes across regions.

  • Enhance sales team skills through coaching and training modules.

  • Enable informed decision-making and strategy development.

  • Break down silos and connect regional teams to trainers for tools like SAP/BI/BW.

  • Align management cycle with operations and finance for transparency and accountability.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to enable effective sales tools.

  • Analyze, refine, and enable sales processes in the front-line Sales Organization.

  • Develop and organize learning content for sellers.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.

  • 5+ years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience.

  • Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives.

  • Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, provide coaching, and inspire performance improvement.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train and convey their value
