• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock products.
• Check and inspect the conditions of items and materials.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Check and identify numbers and labels on assigned items and materials.
• Willingness to work overtime to ensure completion of work.
• Operate pallet jack and other lifting equipment as trained and authorized by your supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC, plumbing, and/or electric industry.
• Forklift license a plus.
• EPA Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Proficient in managing inventory systems, including ServiceTitan or similar platforms, with a strong ability to track, organize, and optimize stock levels.
• Experienced in creating and issuing purchase orders, with a solid understanding of vendor coordination and budget management.
• Highly skilled in using computer systems and software applications, including inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and other tools essential for efficient warehouse operations.
• Able to identify and address operational challenges quickly, implementing effective solutions to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
