The BorgWarner Arden campus offers two world class technical centers and a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan drive components for the automotive industry. The Cleaning technician is responsible for making sure that the Arden campus including, production floor and facilities are in expected working condition by fulfilling responsibilities listed below.

• Perform Deep Cleaning: Clean and sanitize industrial equipment and machinery using specialized tools like pressure washers and steam cleaners
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure factory floors, storage areas, and workspaces are kept clean and free of debris
• Handle Chemicals Safely: Use and store cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines
• Report Hazards: Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors
• Operate Cleaning Equipment: Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment and tools
• Waste Disposal: Empty and clean waste bins, and dispose of industrial waste responsibly
• Other duties assigned

• Completion of high school or equivalent, preferred.
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and team oriented
• Creative, energetic and present a positive company image
• Sound mechanical aptitude.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office, preferred
• Ability to work overtime.

This position will adhere to the BorgWarner Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Team Lead immediately.
