Recruiting Business Partner II

Aleut Federal is seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiting Business Partner. This position will be crucial in supporting the recruitment cycle for the Environmental Services Group (ESG) business line, from the initial sourcing of candidates to their successful placement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for the Recruiting Business Partner position at Aleut Federal include:

• Manage the entire Environmental Services Group (ESG) business line recruitment process lifecycle, ensuring high-quality recruiting support.
• Utilizing creative sourcing methods such as internet research, networking, employee referrals, advertisements, and career events to identify top talent.
• Tracking and providing reportable recruiting metrics for sharing with the Environmental Services Group (ESG).
• Maintaining and updating candidate data within the company's applicant tracking system in collaboration with HRBPs.
• Developing job requisitions and establishing trust and partnership with external and internal candidates and hiring managers.
• Assisting business leaders and hiring teams in understanding current and future hiring needs. - Supporting offer approval, extension, negotiation, and closure processes for candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Establishing and maintaining a robust recruitment database with potential candidates.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A degree (either an Associate's or Bachelor's) is preferred but not required. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is needed, including government contract recruiting and sourcing for Clearance roles.
• Proven ability to develop a large, diverse, and well-qualified applicant pool using various approaches, with passive solid candidate sourcing skills.
• Demonstrated competence with Internet searches, research skills, and Boolean search strings.
• Applicant tracking system experience required.
• Self-motivated with a history of exceeding high-performance standards.
• Ability to manage a dynamic requisition load.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, time management, negotiation, and candidate closing skills.
• Works well in a collaborative team environment and independently.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
