Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Principal Technologist who will play a crucial role in driving technical sales and promoting solutions that offer substantial benefits to our clients. 
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about DevOps, cloud technology, data center infrastructure, and observability. If you possess a good understanding of the business implications of these technologies and can effectively communicate their value to our customers, then you are the perfect candidate for us.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to comprehend customer requirements and business goals, offering technical solutions that align with these objectives.
• DevOps, cloud technology, data center infrastructure, and observability are integrated to engineer complex solutions.
• Advocate our solutions' value and benefits to customers through tech demonstrations, pilot programs, and consultations.
• Contribute to our product evolution by relaying valuable feedback from customers and prospects on our observability solutions.

Job Requirements

 

• Proven background as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role in enterprise sales and customer facing roles.
• Experience with sales cycles and the skill to cultivate potential deals. Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Profound knowledge of DevOps, observability, cloud technology, and data center infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a knack for acting urgently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Experience in a fast-moving environment.
• As a Principal Technologist, your role will be essential in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and promoting product adoption. Bring a strong technical background, be customer-focused, and communicate effectively about our products. The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations,  is $166,500 –$253,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education,  skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Med
