Food Hall Busser

Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is looking for a dedicated Bus Person to join our energetic team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our dining operations, ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. 

• Help our servers deliver delicious meals and refreshing drinks to our hungry guests. 

• Keep our dining areas sparkling like new. Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness are your top priorities. 

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated. 

• Uphold the highest safety standards, including safe food handling procedures and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests. 

• Work collaboratively with our team to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. 

• Promote our Big Six values: Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe. 

• We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!   

• Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.  

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.  

• Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.  

• Must have the ability to acquire a Food Handler’s Card. 

• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
