We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Manager to support our sales organization in driving performance, improving operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Regional Leaders, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to help optimize sales processes, reporting, forecasting, and business execution.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations that support revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Support the sales organization by providing operational and analytical assistance to drive business performance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sales performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs using Salesforce (SFDC) and other tools.
- Build and manage recurring and ad hoc reports to support sales pipeline visibility, forecasting, and target tracking.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies across the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Assist with basic Salesforce configuration and administration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and Customer Success.
- Provide market and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support onboarding and enablement efforts for new sales partners or internal sales team members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and basic configuration support.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, payments, or a sales-driven environment.
- Knowledge of sales compensation, commissions, or pricing support.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
