As a Cashier at Sociaxe, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by efficiently and accurately processing transactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience during every visit. Your role will be essential in maintaining smooth operations at the register while supporting the team in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly and professional interaction.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.

• Handle payments, issue receipts, and provide change as necessary.

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas.

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and store efficiency.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
