Part-Time Operations Ambassador - Georgetown

You are most enthusiastic about systems and processes and keep an organized space with productivity top of mind. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work in various aspects of the business.&nbsp; Your team can count on you to be a team player and show up with optimism and enthusiasm that influences others positively.</p> <p><strong>As an Operations Ambassador, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build meaningful relationships with customers through personalized service and styling that drives confidence and brand loyalty</li> <li>Share your sense of style, trend knowledge, and product expertise to deliver exceptional recommendations and fit advice</li> <li>Maintain store standards and create an inviting, customer-first environment</li> <li>Deliver seamless transactions by accurately processing purchases, returns, and exchanges</li> <li>Take pride in your work, show accountability, and bring urgency and energy to every challenge</li> <li>Lead shipment processing and ensure the stockroom is organized, efficient, and well-managed</li> <li>Train and support team members on back-of-house standards and processes</li> <li>Ensure inventory accuracy through procurement, replenishment, and maintaining size integrity on the sales floor, including daily walkie replenishment and communicating sell-through concerns or inventory issues with the Store Leader</li> <li>Oversee inventory operations including transfers, cycle counts, send-outs, and handling of damages, donations, and returns</li> <li>Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and easy for the team to navigate</li> <li>Support visual merchandising by maintaining store presentation standards, assisting with training, and holding the team accountable to execution and size integrity</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’d love to hear from you if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A passion for fashion&nbsp;</li> <li>A great sense of personal style</li> <li>An interest in a mission-driven brand</li> <li>A love of Everlane, our products, and our values</li> <li>Enjoy being a part of a team</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills</li> <li>Experience in retail, sales
