QA Admin Clerk

THIS IS A 1ST SHIFT POSITION WITH STARTING PAY OF $22/HR - $27/HR.

A resume is required to be considered for this position.

• Prepare and print necessary labels, and prepare samples for lab courier pick-up.
• Complete and submit sample request forms to the lab.
• Organize and file lab COAs in binders.
• Complete and maintain reports as required. 
• Review inbound shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance generating a summary sheet.
• Prepare and review pre-shipment documentation to verify compliance.
• Submit labeling for USDA approval as needed.
• Review new and existing labels to ensure compliance with USDA regulations.
• Support annual audits including BRC, Food Defense, PVP, and customer-specific audits. 
• Oversee and maintain the Supplier Approval Program.
• All other relevant duties as required.

• Previous experience in safety management or technician roles, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Knowledge of USDA regulations, food safety standards, and best practices in food safety.
• HACCP and BRC Certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Good general familiarity with Food Safety, GMP, and SSOP.
