SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Vice President, Manufacturing Operations is a key member of the global operations and supply chain leadership team and the divisional leadership team for with responsibility for developing and implementing strategies and tactics for short- and long-term goals to achieve the highest standards of quality, customer service, safety and financial metrics for the Tissue Technologies division. This role is responsible for effective operations for four manufacturing facilities: Collagen Manufacturing Center in Plainsboro, NJ; Memphis, TN; Columbia, MD; Braintree, MA. In addition, this role has accountability for the collagen network strategy work collaboratively with the Anasco, Puerto Rico facility in the executing of Integra’s regenerative technologies short- and long-term priorities. This leader is responsible for manufacturing, materials management, engineering, and facilities departments, and has oversight for other functions at the site including quality, finance, human resources, product development, distribution, service, customer service, and marketing, working with the Divisional and Corporate heads of these functional areas to ensure site objectives are met. Develops and implements company policies and ensures compliance with local, state, federal regulations and other agencies i.e. FDA, OSHA, MDD, ISO 13485-2003. The role is accountable and responsible for strategic planning, resource management, developing high performing teams, and achieving results in alignment with business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for developing Tissue Technologies divisional manufacturing operations and quality strategies that ensure excellence in the delivery of service to customers and supports the growth of the business.
Build a high-performance culture and team, empowering and holding direct reports and cross-functional teams accountable for product quality. Ensures effective performance management, staffing, training, and development of organization including succession planning.
Ensure that the division meets or improves on budget, cost, volume, quality and efficiency targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives. Provide strategic direction and communication of the quality performance across the TT division, creating a clear vision and integration with overall business objectives. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of product quality and the quality management system. Highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure your team is proactively identifying, managing, and executing projects of strategic importance. Projects may be cross-Functional, cross-Geographical and/or cross-Divisional opportunities that require collaboration/coordination across multiple stakeholders. Requires strong stakeholder management and communication.
Enable the development of multi-year strategic site master investment plans with operational excellence, supply chain and plant leadership to both mitigate operational risks and ensure organizational growth target readiness. Enable the global operations and supply chain capital expenditure processes and projects are delivered on-site and within budget. Ensure long-range plans support the growth of the business.
Directs and supervises the plant manager in all manufacturing sites ensuring a culture of quality, compliance, safety, continuous improvement and engagement. Ensures we are creating a culture of adherence and compliance with all company policies, procedures and practices of all site colleagues.
Proactively work to ensure the organization has the right structure and competencies to meet the current and future needs of the business. Create and build confidence by establishing the function as an informed, capable, knowledgeable, and accessible leadership to staff, management, and key cross-functional stakeholders.
