This is going to be a growth story, creating multiple opportunities for those focused on self-learning and continuous improvement, who at the same time are flexible for working cross-territory on technology-driven projects</p><h3>Opis oferty pracy</h3><ul><li>Managing customer accounts, influencing customers to pay in a timely manner, working with the other departments to ensure the best approach in cash collection process</li><li>Effectively chase customers to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices</li><li>Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers, account managers and other departments</li><li>Supervising junior staff on a day to day basis, whilst overseeing their personal and technical development</li><li>Responsibility for the whole of the AR process from invoicing, cash collection, posting and reporting</li><li>Complying with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection</li><li>Implementing Continuous Improvement actions or processes to improve efficiency in line with the agreed plan and without unnecessary impact to customer service levels</li><li>Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job</li><li>Take part in global improvement projects, take initiative to improve processes and assist with other accounting projects</li></ul><h3>Kwalifikacje</h3><ul><li>Min 6 years of experience of working in AR team in global firm</li><li>Min 2 years of managerial experience in AR</li><li>Experience with S/4 Hana will be a plus</li><li>A commitment to delivering great client service with a focus on clear and timely communication</li><li>Languages: English at least C1 level in speaking and writing; German or French will be a plus</li><li>Strong time-management skills including proven ability to work independently and ability to proactively manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of results to agreed service levels</li><li>Very good analytical and data skills with a high attention to detail</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><h3>Dodatkowe informacje</h3><ul><li>Implementation package - introductory and content-related trainings, tutor support (Buddy Program)</li><li>Comprehensive medical care </li><li>Additional insurance</li><li>Cafeteria platform where you can use a wide range of e-vouchers and a MultiSport card</li><li>Soft and technical skills training programs</li><li>Hybrid work model - 1x a month work on site</li><li>Comfortable office space available in the centre of Katowice and / or Opole</li><li>Development opportunities within the company</li><li>Great work environment</li></ul>
