Insight is currently recruiting for our 2024 Summer Internship! We’re seeking enthusiastic and talented college sophomores and juniors to join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship program, starting June 3, 2024.

Basic Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited Undergrad or Graduate degree program
- Ability to attend full internship – June 3-August 9, 2024
- Self-motivated, hunger to learn, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work on-site at our Chandler HQ
What you will do at Insight:
- Create compelling and enticing messaging across multiple mediums, including web pages and on-site advertising.
- Collaborate on content strategies and SEO to develop an approach to advance a user along the buyer journey.
- Understand the Insight voice and implement it in everything you create.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and design function together.
- Use data and research to evaluate content’s impact and push for continuous improvement.
- Attend meetings to learn about projects, products, verticals and solutions.
- Deliver copy that achieves set goals within a set timeline.
- Learn and grow by asking questions and working with the marketing team.
What skills you should have:
- Curiosity, independent drive and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of AP style
- Creative, flexible and responsive
- Energy, with a desire to come up with fresh ideas
- Ability to identify a target market and “speak” to that consumer
- Currently studying at the college level: marketing, communications or journalism
- Ability to contribute individually and participate in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
- Interested in technology and how it can impact and improve business performance
- Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills
